Account Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

POSITION TITLE: Account Manager

LOCATION: Remote

FLSA STATUS: Exempt

Reports to: Area Sales Director (ASD)

Salary: $90,000-120,000 base, uncapped bonus potential!


CHARACTERISTICS OF THE POSITION:

The Account Manager is responsible for driving the sales of Venture Medical, LLC products and services within an assigned set of accounts. This role requires a strong understanding of the healthcare sales landscape, the ability to build and maintain customer relationships, and a commitment to achieving sales goals while supporting the broader mission of Venture Medical, LLC. The Account Manager will work closely with an Area Sales Director to develop and execute business strategies that align with the company's objectives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

·      Achieve sales objectives for all Venture Medical, LLC products and services, ensuring appropriate use of V1V in all accounts.

·      Work with the Area Sales Director (ASD) to assess additional account-level opportunities and strategies for growth.

·      Maintain a strong and consistent presence at accounts, in alignment with ASD guidance and company priorities.

·      Continuously develop selling skills, account management strategies, and knowledge of products and competitive landscape.

·      Use market data and insights to develop and execute territory-level business plans that align with Venture Medical, LLC objectives.

·      Develop tailored business plans for key accounts and territory-level strategies to capitalize on regional opportunities.

·      Identify and solicit new customers following the company’s pre-clearance process.

·      Encourage the use of Company-approved consultants to support various aspects of customer needs, including billing, reimbursement, compliance, documentation, clinical practice, medical necessity, and clinical workflow.

·      Collaborate with internal teams to provide efficient and effective account support and management.

·      Represent Venture Medical, LLC at meetings, training events, and conferences, supporting company initiatives.

·      Ensure full compliance with Venture Medical, LLC’s policies and procedures.

·      Other duties as assigned.

RELATED DUTIES:

·      Assist with additional projects or tasks to support the sales team and company initiatives.

·      Provide feedback to leadership on customer needs, market trends, and competitive intelligence.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Training and Experience

·      A minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare sales, with a preference for experience in the medical device or wound care sectors.

·      Experience selling in a hospital environment is a plus.

·      Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

·      Expertise in Buy & Bill reimbursement models is highly preferred.

·      Proven track record in complex account management and the ability to drive sales performance.

Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills

·      Strong knowledge of healthcare sales strategies, account management, and territory planning.

·      Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across different audiences.

·      Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

·      Proven ability to translate business goals into actionable sales plans and objectives.

·      Ability to adapt to coaching and feedback in a constructive manner.

·      Strong commitment to continuous self-development and supporting the development of colleagues.

·      Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).

·      Ability to quickly learn and effectively use Zoho CRM or similar customer relationship management platforms.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to sit, stand, and move within an office or field environment.

Working Conditions

Remote position that requires frequent travel to accounts, trainings, and conferences.

POSITION TITLE: Human Resources Generalist  

LOCATION:  Missoula, MT

FLSA STATUS: Exempt  

Reports to Senior Human Resources Business Partner.

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE POSITION:  The Human Resources Generalist plays a vital role in supporting Venture Medical’s people operations with primary focuses on recruiting, HR administration, and day-to-day employee support. This position will initally focus on full-cycle recruiting. Additionally, the HR Generalist ensures HR processes run smoothly and supports a variety of employee-facing programs and tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, approachable, a great communicator, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:  

·      Own and manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple departments, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.

·      Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements, improve interview practices, and streamline the hiring process.

·      Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience, including documentation, orientation scheduling, and systems procurement and setup.

·      Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS and personnel files.

·      Provide day-to-day support to employees on HR-related questions and processes.

·      Coordinate offboarding activities including exit interviews and system deactivations.

·      Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and internal policies.

·      Assist with leave administration, employee status changes, and other routine HR transactions.

·      Support benefits administration as needed, including answering basic employee questions and assisting with enrollment.

·      Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

·      Perform other duties as assigned.

RELATED DUTIES:

·      Assist in maintaining a consistent and positive candidate and employee experience.

·      Collaborate with HR leadership on employer branding and outreach strategies.

·      Support internal communication related to HR programs, timelines, and updates.

·      Participate in HR projects such as audits, employee engagement efforts, and policy rollouts.

·      Generate basic reports and metrics from HR systems for leadership.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Training and Experience

·      3-5 years of Human Resources experience with at least one year in recruiting in a high-growth environment.

·      Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

·      PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.

·      Experience in wound care, healthcare, or medical sales, is a plus.

Knowledge, Abilities and Skills

·      Knowledge of full-cycle recruitment best practices.

·      Familiarity with medical industry and related terminology preferred.

·      Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

·      Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

·      High level of discretion and professionalism with sensitive information.

·      Proficiency with HRIS and ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.

·      Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities in a growing organization.

·      Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.

·      Self-starter with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, etc.).

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

·      Prolonged periods of sitting or standing and working on a computer.
