Venture Medical, LLC, a leading wound-care company, is seeking an Area Sales Director located in either Texas or Chicago to join our growing team. If you have experience in wound care, medical devices, or an adjacent industry and are interested in joining a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we want you to join our team! ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
· Lead and manage the performance of Account Managers (W-2 employees, 1099 contractors, and agency owners/sub-reps) within the assigned region.
· Conduct recruitment, onboarding, and conversion of select 1099 representatives to W-2 employees.
· Conduct recruitment and onboarding of external candidates for W2 positions.
· Develop and implement training and development programs for Account Managers to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
· Guide territory and account planning to align with the company’s goals and sales objectives.
· Drive accountability across the team through regular performance assessments, coaching, and performance improvement plans.
· Reward and recognize individual and team success, fostering a culture of achievement.
· Take corrective action, including separation of underperforming individuals or those misaligned with company objectives.
· Use market data and insights to develop regional business plans that align with corporate objectives.
· Achieve sales targets for all Venture Medical, LLC products and services, ensuring optimal use of V1V in customer accounts.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and effective account management and support.
· Partner with the Key Account Director to pursue new or recovered accounts.
· Represent the company at meetings, conferences, and training events to further company initiatives.
· Ensure full compliance with Venture Medical, LLC’s policies and procedures.
· Other duties as assigned.
RELATED DUTIES:
· Assist in strategic account management as needed.
· Collaborate with other departments to optimize product adoption and customer satisfaction.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Training and Experience
· A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in sales within the healthcare or medical device industry.
· Experience selling in or leading teams selling into the hospital market.
· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required.
· Experience with Buy & Bill reimbursement models is preferred.
· Proven track record in complex account management and sales leadership.

The Medical Logistics Specialist is responsible for coordinating and managing the shipping and receiving of medical supplies and products. This role involves ensuring that inbound and outbound shipments are accurately handled, tracking inventory, and maintaining proper documentation. It is an entry-level position that offers growth potential within the company based on performance and interest. The ideal candidate will bring energy, enthusiasm, and a collaborative spirit to our fast-paced team.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Training and Experience
• Associates degree or equivalent required; additional certifications in logistics are a plus.
• 2 years of shipping and receiving experience preferred.
